The SCT9331 is a 3.5A, EMI friendly synonous buck converter with up to 32V wide input voltage range 22uA ultra-low quiescent operating current. The SCT9331 fully integrates a 83mΩ high-side MOSFET a 43mΩ low-side MOSFET to provide high efficiency step-down DCDC conversion. The Pulse Skipping Modulation (PSM) 22uA ultra low quiescent current improve the power efficiency. The SCT9331 implements Frequency Spread Spectrum (FSS) with ±6% jittering span of the 450 KHz switching frequency modulation rate 1/512 of switching frequency to reduce Electromagnetic Interference (EMI). It adopts peak current mode control with the able internal integrated compensation or external compensation. The internal compensation network makes SCT9331 easy to be used by minimizing the off-chip component count. The SCT9331 features output overvoltage protection, cycle-by-cycle peak current limit, thermal shutdown protection. The device is available in a QFN2X3-9L package.
