The SCT2330 is a 3A, EMI friendly synonous buck converter with up to 32V wide input voltage range 19uA ultra-low quiescent operating current. The SCT2330 fully integrates a 83mΩ high-side MOSFET a 43mΩ low-side MOSFET to provide high efficiency step-down DCDC conversion. The Pulse Skipping Modulation (PSM) 20uA ultra low quiescent current improve the power efficiency. The SCT2330 implements Frequency Spread Spectrum (FSS) with ±6% jittering span of the 500 KHz switching frequency modulation rate 1/512 of switching frequency to reduce Electromagnetic Interference (EMI).  The SCT2330 provides simple 6-pins foot print. It adopts peak current mode control with the internal integrated compensation network, which makes SCT2330 easy to be used by minimizing the off-chip component count. The SCT2330 features output overvoltage protection, cycle-by-cycle peak current limit, thermal shutdown protection. The device is available in a low-profile SOT23-6 package.
